| 内容記述 | In light of the fact that bullying and harassment at work are on the rise, surveys and countermeasures are in progress in Western countries. Even in Japan, approximately 70% of companies have taken measures such as establishing a consultation window, but the effect has not been sufficiently improved. Therefore, in this research, in order to consider fundamentally measures, we tried to elucidate the mechanism of “bullying and harassment” from the viewpoints of sociology, also considered measures. | |||||||||
