| 内容記述 | ｢ぽっくり信仰」とは、祈祷を施された下着などを身に着けることで、長患いすることなく往生できるとされる俗信である。本稿のねらいは、「ぽっくり信仰」が忌避する介護のあり様を、介護小説の力を借り、ジェンダーの視点から考察することにある。在宅介護では、嫁や妻などの女性が舅や夫などの男性を介護する比率が高いことが指摘されているが、介護小説では、逆に夫の妻介護が崇高な美しさをもって描き出される傾向がみられる。有吉佐和子の『恍惚の人』は、認知症を扱ったエポックメーキングな作品だが､｢ああはなりたくない」との思いから「ぽっくり信仰」ブームを生み出した、と小説との連結が指摘されている。本稿では、主に有吉の作品以降出版された15の文学作品を、介護者と被介護者の軸を使って類型化を試みる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Pokkuri Shinko is the folk belief that a person can pass away without suffering a long illness by performing tasks like we aring blessed underwear. This study aims to utilize the power of "nursing novels" to examine the state of nursing that is avoided by Pokkuri Shinko from the perspective of gender. It has been identified that while there is a high rate of women (wives and daughters-in-law) caring for men (husbands and fathers-in-law) in real home nursing, there is the tendency in "nursing novels" to depict husbands caring for their wives with a sense of noble beauty. The epoch-making work Kokotsunohito by Sawako Ariyoshi dealt with dementia; however, it has been reported that this novel was connected with the onset of the boom in Pokkuri Shinko because of the significantly quoted statement, "I don't want to end up like that." This study attempts to classify 15 literary works that were published following Ariyoshi's work in patterns, utilizing the criteria of caregiver and care receiver. | |||||
