| 内容記述 | This paper organizes and analyzes new graduate recruitment, mid-career recruitment (recruit ment flow), mid-career retirement, and retirement (exit flow) of agricultural cooperative employ ees nationwide and in Kagoshima Prefecture, as a human resource development strategy for agricultural cooperative employees and basic conditions for employee education. He then pointed out the basic conditions for human resource development strategies for cooperatives and agricul tural cooperatives, which are “people organizations.’’ | |||||||
