| 内容記述 | This research represents a fundamental effort to improve the high turnover rates, difficulty of consolidating workplaces, and the current state of burnout at child care facilities. This research aimed at grasping the actual situation by conducting a questionnaire survey using the Japanese version of burnout self-diagnosis table (Tao, Kubo 1996) to staff of child care facilities in prefecture A. As a result of the survey, those who are planning to leave are more likely to feel that the extent of emotional exhaustion is progressing, than those who wish to continue their work. As a future challenge, it is useful to explore background factors of emotional exhaustion of people thinking to quit and measures to improve employee turnover rates. | |||||||||
