| 内容記述 | 近年の幼児教育への期待の高まりとともに、保育士や幼稚園教諭に対して保育及び教育の質の高さが求められている。そのなかで、幼児の活動に対する意欲の実態を把握し、幼児の日常に関わる保育者の資質について考察する必要があるように思われる。本稿では、現場における幼児の自己効力感及びコンピテンスについての研究と、幼稚園教諭や保育者を目指す学生の保育者効力感についての調査研究について概観した。幼児においては、自身の自己効力感及びコンピテンスを高く見積もる傾向にあることがいくつかの研究で示されていた。また、養成校課程の学生は、実習を重ねるごとに保育者効力感の質が変化していくことが示されていた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The childcare worker and the kindergarten teacher are asked for the height of the quality of childcare and education with the rise of the expectation for early childhood education in recent years. The purpose of this study was to review the studies on self-efficacy and competency on small child and the studies on pre-school-teacher-efficacy on students of childcare training school. Some research showed that the small child overestimates own self-efficacy and competence. The pre-school-teacher-efficacy on the students in childcare training school changes in the quality with each practical training. | |||||
