| 内容記述 | 現在、我が国ではMilitary Social Workの実践は十分には認められないが、米国においてはかねてよりその実践が展開されており、近年では大学院教育においてMilitary Social Workerの養成も進んでいる。そこで本稿では、Military Social Workの概要とMilitary Social Workerの養成課程、ならびにそれらを構成する事項の一つとしてのMilitary Cultureについて、各種の先行研究ならびにMilitary Social Workerの養成を進めている教育機関におけるカリキュラム・資料を参考に考察を進めた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | While currently military social work is not fully practiced in Japan, it has been deployed in the United States for a considerable time now. Furthermore, in recent years there has been a growth in the training / education of military social workers in the country's graduate schools. In light of this background, this paper discusses the general outline of military social work, the training courses of military social workers, and the military culture as one of the items which make up the previous two items by referring to various earlier researches and the curriculum and information of the military social worker training courses implemented at educational institutions. | |||||
