| 内容記述 | The current study sought to identify research trends in and problems with vocational rehabilitation in Japan by comparing those trends to trends overseas. The ProQuest and CiNii databases were searched using the keyword ''vocational rehabilitation." The search resulted in 445 hits for Japanese studies and 290 for foreign studies. The study details, subjects, and study design were compared. Results indicated that there are few to no evidence-based studies on vocational rehabilitation in Japan but that several randomized controlled trials and prospective cohort studies have been conducted overseas. The amount of evidence-based research in Japan must be increased. | |||||
