| 内容記述 | Mrs. Mary King Critchell (1914-2011) was a staff member of the GHQ branch in Kagoshima from 1948 to 1949. She collaborated very much with the people in Kagoshima in their receiving a fresh way of American democracy amid the post-war conditions they had. When she returned home in the USA after her years in Kagoshima and Fukuoka, she continued her own correspondence with Kagoshima people. In 2006, she offered a lot of documents and letters which she made and got in Japan and then in home to the Library of the International University of Kagoshima. This paper is a bibliographical introduction to the King Documents. | |||||
