| 内容記述 | Both Japanese and Chinese interrogative pronouns have meanings and usages indicating indefiniteness. However, the corresponding and non-corresponding relationships between the two have not been clearly established in previous research. The purpose of this study is to clarify the indefinite expression of the Japanese word dare and the overall situation of its corresponding Chinese indefinite expressions, through observations of cases to determine corresponding and non-corresponding relationships. The results of the comparative analysis show that in Japanese, the meaning and function of expressing an unspecified person are carried out by dare. Whereas in Chinese, when expressing an unspecified person, besides the interrogative pronoun dare it is also found that sometimes reliance on context or interaction between elements is necessary. | |||||||
