| 内容記述 | In the previous paper, I've found out what kind of tasks RPA has affected through analysis of comments on the Internet article. As the next step, the purpose of this paper is (1) to clarify the current status of RPA implementation in municipalities and companies in provincial cities and (2) to more specifically investigate necessary capabilities for RPA-related works. The results have come out (1) RPA users such as municipalities and companies cannot make effective uses by themselves. ; (2) RPA servicers are required to listen to clients' voices. | |||||||||
