| 内容記述 | In this paper, we focused on Social workers and Mental health social workers who are working toward the realization of a community-based society. We have organized the current situation in which social workers remain in micro-level practice and the training system that accompanies it. Therefore, we developed community resources for the cross-border. By redefining the activities of the distinctive welfare establishments in Kagoshima Prefecture, we were able to show it as a place for recurrent education for social workers who are oriented toward community social work. |
