| 内容記述 | A report of finding ground plan of the Former Kagoshima Foreign Engineers’ Residence and some buildings around in 1881 before removing to Tsurumaru Castle premises. The Former Kagoshima Foreign Engineers’ Residence is registered as one of the constituent assets of the world cultural heritage. But no drawings of its ground plan before it was relocated in 1882 have found. Therefore, uses of surrounding buildings in the old photographs were unknown. However, in December 2020, the present writer found a historical material called “ 長崎出張所上答鹿児島磯石藏外弐廉無代価下付”, the ground plan and uses of these buildings were revealed. This paper introduces the historical materials and considers the drawings. |
