| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、学生と対象者との人間関係が職業的アイデンティティに及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。その結果、 1．学生は対象者と人間的信頼関係を築くことができた｡ 2．人間的信頼関係は看誰職としての専門性への信頼感を高める。 3．学生が対象者との人間的信頼関係を築くことができるならば職業的アイデンティティを高めることが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence a relation with student's patient exerts on a professional identity. As a result, the next became clear. 1. A student could build human relationship of mutual trust with a patient. 2. Human relationship of mutual trust raises the trust to the specialty as nursing work. 3. If a student can build human relationship of mutual trust with a patient, a professional identity is raised. |
