| 内容記述 | 近年、日本では子育て家庭の孤立が問題になっている。都市化や核家族化に加え、地域の人間関係の希薄化によって子育て中の母親が孤立化するケースが多い。虐待など不適切な養育に繋がることもある。こうした状況を改善するために2017年4月から、子育て世代包括支援センターの設置が全国市区町村の努力義務となった。参考となったのは、フィンランドのネウポラである。ネウポラは行政が母親の妊娠や出産、家庭の子育て支援をする拠点のことであり、同国ではほぼ全ての妊婦が利用している｡担当の保健師が妊娠期から子育て期にわたり継続して家族を支援するのが特徴である。今後、全国で子育て世代包括支援センターを中心に子育て支援事業が運営されていく。子育ての社会化の理念と利用者中心のケアという考え方を推進していくことが求められる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | It has become serious for families rearing children to be isolated from community in recent years. In addition to urbanization and nuclear families, there are many cases in which mothers rearing children are isolated due to the weakening of local relationships. Social isolation often leads to inappropriate care such as child abuse. In order to improve this situation, from April 2017, the establishment of Comprehensive Support Centers for Families with Children has become an obligation for municipalities nationwide. The model for the centers was "Neuvola" in Finland. Neuvola is the one-stop center where the government supports mothers' pregnancy, childbirth, and family child-rearing. Almost pregnant women use Neuvola in Finland. The feature is that the public health nurse in charge of a family continuously supports the family from the pregnancy period to the child-rearing period. In the future, child-rearing support projects will be operated nationvride, centered on Comprehensive Support Centers for Families with Children. It is necessary to promote the idea of socialization of child-rearing and user-centered care. | |||||||||
