The findings are: 1) de-categorization of nouns exists in "N + Itu teru'' and ''N + na + N" ; 2) de-categorization of adjectives are realized by ''wo" ''de" in case-auxiliary words that follow ; 3) the meaning of ''nau" distributes in ''ni" in accompanying case-auxiliary words, in nouns, gerunds and predicates. "nau" is interchangeable with "~toki (baai)'' in case-auxiliary ''ni", with ''ima~ni iru" in nouns and gerunds when followed by nouns of location, and with "~no ima'' when followed by nouns having to do with people. When followed by gerunds, ''nau " is interchangeable with ''~tyuu'' with durative verbs, but not so with momentary verbs. When followed by, adjectives, ''nau'' indicates ''the state it is in''. Thus nouns and adjectives develop new semantic function and realize grammatical variation through de-categorization. Furthermore ''nau" changes from content word into function word and grammatical variation is achieved through semantic de-categorization., 論文(Article)}, pages = {13--21}, title = {流行語に見られる文法的バリエーションに関する考察}, volume = {10}, year = {2018} }
