| 内容記述 | After Japanese population peaked at 128.08 million in 2008, it dropped to 126.75 million in 2017. Meanwhile, Japan is rapidly aging. Kagoshima city is also experiencing a population decline which leads to economic contraction, an increase in social security costs, financial deterioration, and the like. In particular, many local shopping areas are declining in keeping with an increase in the number of large-scale retail stores. In this paper I will describe questionnaire research that was conducted in the Jigenji-street shopping area, analyze the data, and reflect upon the remaining survivors in the Jigenji-street shopping area. | |||||
