The purpose of this research, then, is to organize the process in which how cognitive content is transformed into skill content in a systematic way. We can learn the \"blind area\" of defenders through the analysis of \"the basketball game in an irregular court\" as an instrumental content of breaking down a defense. Then, we can organize the structure and laws of the principles and techniques of breaking down a defense as a cognitive content systematically by establishing four abstract concepts on a two-dimensional basketball court. We can also exhibit the structure and laws of technical content as a goal of skill acquisition on the offense-defense relationship of side-by-side positioning with a moderate distance from a basketball rim in the late stage of a game. In addition, \"a chart of the movements of basketball players in a game\" helps to know the situations of offense-defense relationship during the early, middle, and final stages of a game. \"A chart of electrocardiogram\" is useful for grasping the quality of combination between players.
