| 内容記述 | 本稿は、認知症高齢者およびその家族が地域で安心安全に生活を維持していけるよう、認知症の病型とその特徴に応じた摂食喋下ケアについて、文献研究により明らかにするとともに、これからの在宅療養を支えるための一助とすることを目的とする。 認知症高齢者の摂食嘩下機能障害を考えるうえで、認知症病型の特徴に応じた摂食嘩下ケアの実践は欠かせない。そのためには、関連職種間の連携をその前提に、廃用症候群による摂食喋下機能低下を予防するためのリハビリテーションの実施とともに、摂食喋下運動５期に生じている問題を見極めるスキルと認知症病型の理解および各病型の摂食嘩下障害の特徴を捉えた重層的なケアの展開ができるアセスメントスキルを持つことが極めて重要である。 |

| 内容記述 | I clarify dysphagia care depending on types and characteristics of dementia by documents study. The practice of the dysphagia care depending on characteristics of the certain type of dementia is necessary in consideration of the dysphagia and functional disorder of the dementia elderly person. Cooperation between the related jobs is necessary for it. The rehabilitation to prevent dysphagia and hypofunction caused by disuse atrophy is needed to put into effect. Furthermore, it is extremely important to have skill to recognize the problems occurring to the fifth stage of swallowing movement, and to have the assessment skill to develop the multilayered care with an understanding of dementia and the characteristics of each type of dysphagia. | |||||
