| 内容記述 | 介護支援専門員を対象に、ケアマネジメント介入による利用者の生活状態および生活意欲の変化を捉える目的で、2010年-2011年の期間において１年毎に計２回の郵送調査をパネル調査として実施した。両方の調査に回答が得られた199名の回答内容をもとに、利用者の生活動作､社会環境との関わりといった生活状態の変化と生活意欲の関連を見ることを目的とした二項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った結果、「生活意欲」を低下させるリスク要因として、「食事の状況｣、「社会参加の状況」および「経済的状況」が示された（p<.05)。こうした結果を受け、介護支援専門員は「生活意欲」を低下させないよう、継続的なアセスメントに基づいて適切なサービスを提供していくことが求められるものと考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Two studies on understanding users' situation and life motivation were conducted from the beginning of support by matching case managers and elderly people requiring long-term care (November, 2010, and November, 2011). The time series data of the 199cases with replies for all times were analyzed. A logistic regression analysis was then conducted to determine the correlation between the changes of situation and the life motivation. As a result of logistic regression analysis, it was shown that the increasing risks of motivation in life are eating, social involvement,and economic situation (p<.05). It is considered that case managers should coordinate adequacy services for elderly people to reduce degrading risk based on the recognition of the importance of ongoing assessment. | |||||
