However, it becomes clear statistically that these problematic actions are showing a tendency to decrease for these past 30 years in America, and this tendency is not unrelated to enhancement and development of the sex education carried out in schools and others. It is because, in the U.S., the personal responsibility education program (PREP) was promoted under the Obama administration and it is thought that this education program plays an important role in the prevention of adolescent pregnancy.
