Teacher at Montessori kindergarten aim to keep their aid to the minimum and function as an environment, not as a leader. On the other hand, at the Steiner Kindergarten, teachers are more subjective and have leadership and are required to be children's exemplary existence. Teachers are required to be an exemplary entity for children, and teachers believe that children will be strongly interested in their behavior and feelings, and will grow through imitation and internalization. Also at Montessori kindergarten, teachers have tendency for children to provide education to cultivate aptitude for kindergarten.
