Nuclear family consist of a married couple and a child, Direct family consist of grandparents, a married couple and a child. I distributed a questionnaire called questionary survey about the child rearing environment through each kindergarten and company ward in the Chinese Liaoning province Shenyang city and asked for answer and analyzed questionnaire result. As a result, consultation for infants care, trouble and child rearing occupy a large proportion in the content of social support of child rearing. Looking from family structure, nuclear family and direct family have a lot in common and have differences in some way on content of consultation . It became clear that the social support of child rearing should meet the different needs from different family structure.
