Primarily centered on the Old Testament's Book of Job and M. Weber's The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism (Die protestantische Ethik und der 'Geist' des Kapitalismus), I present four questions with which the works in \"Discussion\" engage with. The first question is \"Why use folkloristic materials?\" This question occupies the primary position because it is directly related to the structure of the subsequent studies.
