The result of the analysis indicates that the differences of the village's image can\nbe partially explained by age, period of residence and hamlet, and that the difference of image\namong hamlets suggests the existence of potential variables related to communication and social\nrelations among hamlets. The monotonicity of image profile to age or period of residence, which\nis often maintained in existing researches, did not appear in this study.
