A text mining method was used to analyze the trends in the words used in the titles of 217 articles, as well as trends by age and characteristic words. In addition, the research titles were analyzed using qualitative research methods.\nResults: Seven categories were extracted: [Understanding the actual situation and needs of family support], [Various methods and effects of family support], [Issues and new practices in family support], [Examples of family support practices in local communities and institutions], [Research on family support
