| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、逐語記録を活用したスーパービジョンによるスーパーバイジーのふりかえりと気づきの内容を明らかにすることである。調査対象は逐語記録を活用したスーパービジョンを経験したスーパーバイジー８名である。半構造化面接による個別インタビューを実施した。分析方法は質的データ分析法である。 分析対象となった発話内容は333である。分析の結果、【ふりかえりのツール】【実践の可視化とふりかえりの焦点化】【スーパーバイザーとの関係性】【言語化への挑戦】【評価と実践への還元】の５つのカテゴリと27のサブカテゴリを抽出した。５つのカテゴリをスーパーバイジーの変化に着目して、分析した結果、〔ふりかえりと可視化〕〔気づきの深化〕〔言語化と評価〕のプロセスが示された。スーパービジョンで逐語記録を活用することで、スーパーバイジーの成長に資することが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the nature of supervisee’s reflection and awareness through supervision utilizing process records. The subjects of the study were eight supervisees who had experienced supervision using process records. Individual interviews were conducted using semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed using a qualitative data analysis method. A total of 333 statements were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, five categories and 27 subcategories were extracted: [Tools for Reflection], [Visualization of Practice and Focusing Reflection], [Relationship with the Supervisor], [Challenge of Verbalization], and [Feedback and Application to Practice]. Focusing on the changes in the supervisees, five categories were analyzed, revealing the processes of [Reflection and Visualization], [Deepening of Insights], and [Verbalization and Evaluation]. The findings suggest that utilizing process records in supervision may contribute to the growth of upervisees. |
