I conducted a systematic literature review to determine what kind of efforts were made in the EU countries, (e.g. England, France and Germany) at that time to address these problematic issues. As a result of my research, I was able to learn the background and factors behind the occurrence of workplace bullying, how these problems were perceived, and what was being done to resolve these issues. I found that workplace bullying and harassment stems from internal pressure and external pressure. These problems were perceived to be a violation of human rights or a vioiatio.ll of a person's basic rights and fundamental freedoms, In addition, it was found that the respondents used either a preventative perspective or a problem-solving perspective in their approaches to tackle the problems of workplace bullying and harassment. Using the findings from my systematic literature review, I examined the significance and issues surrounding the amendment of the Japanese government's (2018) Law for Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Policy. While the revision of the law was significant and efforts were made to prevent workplace bullying and harassment, there are still several areas, (e.g. consultation system) that need to be improved., 論文(Article)}, pages = {1--12}, title = {労働施策総合推進法の改正の意義と課題:文献的研究を踏まえてパワハラ防止対策の取り組みのあり方を考える}, volume = {14}, year = {2022} }
