ヨシヒロ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3801","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_10_description_14":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2021年12月、インターネット上に「女性の8割が「事務職」願望も・・・単純作業の求人は減少傾向RPAで変わる転職市場」との記事が掲載された。その内容は、事務職未経験の女性を対象とした事務職に関するインターネット調査結果を掲載したもので、単純作業にかける労力を削減しようとRPAを導入する企業が増え事務関連業務は縮小していると述べられている。記事では、RPAが性別を問わず事務職にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、また今後求められるスキルについて、具体的に述べられていない。そこで、その記事に書きこまれたコメント欄に注目した。コメントは、インターネット上での書き込みであるため、性別を問わず、かつ不特定多数の人が書き込んでいると考えらえれる。ゆえに、そのコメントを分析することで、記事では分析されていない点を追究できると考えた。本研究では、コメントの分析結果から、事務職においてRPAがどのような職務内容に影響を及ぼすのか考察することを目的としている。さらに、分析結果から、今後求められるスキルとは何かを考察する。分析の方法として、記事に書き込まれたコメントをスクレイピング後、そのデータをテキストマイニングやKWICコンコーダンスによる分析を試みた。分析の結果、本研究の目的に関して、①事務職における単純作業業務がRPAの影響を受けていること、が確認された。また、今後求められるスキルとして、②プログラミングに関するスキルであること、③コ
