| 内容記述 | As a result of investigation, the following things became clear. 1. Four factors of the “quality of the sleep”, “satisfaction of the conversation with the friend”, “taste of the conversation” and “intake of the breakfast” were extracted. 2. Three improvement factors of the “quality of the sleep”, “satisfaction of the conversation with the friend” and “taste of the conversation” were extracted. 3. The “quality of the sleep”, “satisfaction of the conversation with the friend” and “preference of the conversation” are necessary to maintain mental health. |
