Collaboration between various professionals is deemed a vital aspect of providing support. In recent years, the concept of a "society where people are harmoniously involved in the community" has attracted attention for its relevance to community-based integrated care. An emphasis is now being placed on the well-being of all individuals, including children, the elderly, and people with disabilities; a focus also prevails on the active engagement of residents within a community. This paper examines the appropriate method of employing a multi-professional collaboration in community-based integrated care by bridging the conceptual gap between community-based integrated care and a society where people are harmoniously involved in the community. In so doing, this paper bears in mind the importance of multidimensional well-being, which includes physical, psychological, and social aspects. To achieve appropriate multi-professional collaboration, the study also considers ways in which professional education should ideally be imparted., 論文(Article)}, pages = {15--26}, title = {地域包括ケアの広がりと多職種連携 : ウェルビーングの多元性に対応する支援体制}, volume = {38}, year = {2019} }
