Military social workerの養成課程とmilitary cultureに関する一考察 A consideration on military social worker training course and military culture タナカ, ケンゴ 田中, 顕悟 Tanaka, Kengo application/pdf 現在、我が国ではMilitary Social Workの実践は十分には認められないが、米国においてはかねてよりその実践が展開されており、近年では大学院教育においてMilitary Social Workerの養成も進んでいる。そこで本稿では、Military Social Workの概要とMilitary Social Workerの養成課程、ならびにそれらを構成する事項の一つとしてのMilitary Cultureについて、各種の先行研究ならびにMilitary Social Workerの養成を進めている教育機関におけるカリキュラム・資料を参考に考察を進めた。 While currently military social work is not fully practiced in Japan, it has been deployed in the United States for a considerable time now. Furthermore, in recent years there has been a growth in the training / education of military social workers in the country's graduate schools.
