| 内容記述 | わが国の総人口は、今後さらに減少し、また少子高齢化が進展することが見込まれている。とくに2025年には、いわゆる団塊の世代がすべて75歳以上の後期高齢者となる。このため医療・介護ニーズの増大や複雑化に対応可能な提供体制を構築していくことが不可欠である。2018年度の診療報酬改定は、地域包括ケアシステムの構築・推進をキーワードとしたものであったが、それはサービスの量．質の保証が前提とされなければならない。効率化・適正化のもと、単に医療費抑制のみに誘導されることがないように検証していくことが必要である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The total population of our country is expected to decline further, and it is expected that the declining birthrate and aging population will progress. Especially in 2025, so-called baby-boomer generation will be late elderly people over 75 years old. Therefore, it is indispensable to establish a supply system that can cope with the increasing needs and complexity of medical and nursing care needs. The revision of medical fee remuneration for 2018 was based on the construction and promotion of regional inclusive care system as a keyword, but it must be based on the guarantee of quantity and quality of service. It is necessary to verify so as not to be induced solely by suppression of medical expenses simply by making it more efficient and appropriate. | |||||||||
