| 内容記述 | 本研究は､大規模災害によって生じた健康被害について､地域に存在するソーシャル・キャピタル（以下、SCとする）がどのように機能し、住民（特に高齢者）の健康に寄与したかについて検証したものである。2016年の熊本地震において甚大な被害の発生した熊本県上益城郡益城町P地区において、フィールドワークや被災した高齢者が作った互助サークルメンバーに対するグループインタビューを行った。分析の結果､①被災後の健康状態悪化､②被災直後におけるSCの素地を基盤とした互助、③SCの素地となった地区活動や宮ごもり、④良質なSCへと発展するグループ活動､⑤受容的かつ自由な雰囲気が生み出す好循環、⑥グループの利益を地域の利益へつなげる、といった事項について整理・集約された。P地区では「SCの素地」によって良質なSCが育まれ､展開がなされていた。一時的に低下した高齢者の健康状態であったが､良質なSCが生み出した精神的安定や生きがいよって補完され、活発な互助活動が展開されている好循環が明らかになった。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines how the social capital (SC) existing in the area contributed to the health of the residents (Especially the elderly) with respect to the health damage caused by a large-scale disaster. We conducted fieldwork in the P district of Mashiki Town, Kamimashiki District, Kumamoto Prefecture, where the Kumamoto Earthquake caused a great deal of damage, and conducted a group interview with the Mutual support Circle members made by the affected elderly people. As a result of the analysis, the following six points were arranged. (1) Health condition deteriorates after the disaster, (2) Mutual support based on the SC foundation immediately after the disaster, (3) District activities and "Miyagomori" that became the foundation of SC, (4) Group activities that develop into high-quality SC, (5) A virtuous cycle created by an inclusive and free atmosphere, (6) Connecting group profits to local profits. In the P area, a high-quality SC was created and developed by the "SC foundation". Although the health condition of the elderly had declined temporarily, a virtuous cycle was revealed in which active mutual support activities were carried out, complemented by the mental stability and purpose of life produced by high-quality SC. | |||||||||||||||||
